Description

I have been having a lot of fun with mocktails lately, and this one is GOLD! It is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants from the kiwis and strawberries, which are a power duo! It consists of coconut water, which has naturally occurring electrolytes to keep you hydrated which is so important! There is also no added sugar because the coconut water sweetens it well.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped kiwi
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1/2 cup sparkling lime water
  • Ice cubes
  • Kiwi slices for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup chopped strawberries to the bottom of a mixing glass.
  2. Mash the strawberries with a muddler to release all the juices.
  3. Pour the coconut water, lime juice, and sparkling water in the glass.
  4. Stir mixture well then pour unto a serving glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with kiwi and strawberry slices and enjoy!
