Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken thighscut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  •  tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. *see notes if using chicken tenders or breasts
  2. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt and pepper, then add into hot skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add in the Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and stir, allowing it to melt and coat the chicken. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly add in the Parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss to coat the chicken and serve immediately.

Notes

Notes
If using boneless skinless chicken tenders or breasts, you’ll want to add 1 to 2 tsp of oil to the pan before adding the chicken. This will help prevent any chicken sticking to the pan.
