- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 cups cooked rice or noodles
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
- Juice of 1 lime (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (7–10 mins).
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.
- Reduce heat, pour sauce over chicken, stir to coat, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Spoon over rice or noodles and garnish with green onions.
