Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp Coffee
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tsps Lemon juice
  • 1 pc Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • Set a saucepan on the stove, then add water and cinnamon sticks. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  • Add your coffee, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Once your mixture is brewed, add in your honey and lemon juice. Stir with a spoon, pour into two cups, and enjoy the brew.

Notes

You can substitute honey with monk fruit or stevia to reduce sugar content. For extra fat-burning power, add 1 tsp of MCT oil or coconut oil. Best consumed in the morning to boost metabolism and energy naturally.
